Cancellation Policy

Before you book, make sure you agree to our cancellation and refund policy:

• If you cancel no later than thirty (30) days before the booked arrival date, you will receive a full refund: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• If you cancel no later than seven (7) days before the booked arrival date, you will receive a partial refund: You will be refunded all nights except for the first night. No refund of the first night or the service charge.
• If you cancel six (6) days or later before the booked arrival date, you will not receive a refund of the booking fee. Sorry!

How long does it take to get a refund?
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation, and they usually show up within 5-10 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 20 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
